The Woodlands Centre as we know it now, opened 12 October 1938 and provides an excellent venue for Birthday or Anniversary Parties and Wedding Receptions.

 

All facilities in The Woodlands Centre are at ground floor level. Disabled persons are well catered for with specially-designed toilet facilities, Induction Loop Systems, and disabled parking bays in the large, FREE car park.

 

The Halls and Meeting Rooms are also available for hire to Clubs, Associations and individuals for a vast range of activities.  The Village Memorial Hall has a stage, large modern fitted kitchen, a small bar and separate toilet facilities. The smaller hall (the John de Bohun Room) also has a kitchen and toilet facilities.
