Rustington Parish Council is responsible for comments and

recommendations on local planning applications, liaison with the local

planning authorities on planning matters, Conservation issues in relation to

planning, responding to structure plans and local plans, as well as representing the Parish Council at Public Inquiries.

 

The local Planning Authority is Arun District Council, who can provide information and advice about planning applications and local development.
