For general bookings, a £50 returnable deposit is payable when booking is made.  For Special/Celebratory Events and Teenage Functions, held in the Village Memorial Hall or the John de Bohun Room, a £200* returnable deposit is payable when booking is made (*at the Parish Council’s discretion). Full payment must be made not later than 21 days before the date of the booking in question.

Commercial/Semi Commercial Hiring:  Charge for each individual hiring to be negotiated
New Year's Eve: £160.00 (Evening Session Only - Village Memorial Hall)

Teenage Functions: Hiring Fees will include the cost of employing 4 fully trained Security Personnel for the duration of the hiring. Please contact the Council's Offices for current charges in this regard.

Weddings and Similar Bookings on Saturdays  -  Special Rates:
Kilhams Hall All Day (£105 all inclusive - Kitchen, Crockery, Cutlery, Glasses)
