
Street Scene
Improving the street scene, particularly through
removing flytipping and graffiti is a highly visual way of improving
the village. The scheme involves the County, District and Parish
Council working together to deliver services that people want,
representing excellent value for money.
To report fly tipping and graffiti that
affects the environment in which we live contact the Arun reporting
Line on 01903 737870. Emails can be sent via antisocial.behaviour@arun.gov.uk
Report faulty street lights, illuminated signs or bollards on 0845 758 1622 or scs.solve@edfenergy.com or contact WSCC on 01243 642105 or by going to the
West Sussex County Council web site. Please let them know of any malfunctioning or damaged lighting. You can also request new street lights using the online form.
Highway faults, including pot holes, footway trips, flooding, traffic signals, overgrown vegetation etc can all be reported on 01243 642105 or by using the online form at the
West Sussex County Council web site.
Public Rights of Way problems - these include
footpaths, bridleways, roads used as public paths (RUPPs) and byways
open to all traffic (BOATs) - can all be reported on 01243 777620 or
using the online form at the
West Sussex County Council web site.

Arun residents wishing to dispose of bulky waste
should call Verdant on 01903 734520. The cost of collection varies
according to the size of the article.
